Connect the Dots: Tony Rezko, Allison Davis, Barack Obama

A three year old boy was crushed to death by a rusty wrought iron gate on Friday last week. Accidents happen - Chicago's newspapers will tell you. If a Chicago Police Officer had been within fifty miles of the falling fence, The Sun-Times Frank Main would have linked Curtis Cooper's Death to 'Systemic Racism and Institutionalized Brutality.'

Chicago's Media Incumbents do not see any connections between Curtis Cooper's crushed little body and the tons of Progressive Chicago Clout that helped unhinge the truth. There is nothing more heart-breaking than the death of a child due to an accident.

A three year old, like Curtis Cooper, and his pals probably weigh between thirty five and fifty pounds each -tops but we are told their hi-jinks and collective weight ripped a solid wrought iron fence from its hinges.

Here's this morning's account from the Chicago Tribune on the death of three year old Curtis Cooper:
"Urban Property Advisors, the management company hired by the Chicago Housing Authority, characterized the death as a tragic accident and said there would be an investigation.

"It is an accident like anything that happens in this world," said Dalphine Jasper, a regional property manager for the company, which has managed the facility. Property manager Ronald O'Neal said there are weekly inspections as the complex undergoes renovations.

"There was nothing wrong with [the gate] other than the fact that it was our belief that children were playing on it before it fell," O'Neal said.

The Sun-Times digs a bit deeper:

"As the 22-year-old mother watched from a window, a gate weighing hundreds of pounds broke from its hinge, fell atop the boy and killed him, Cooper's family said.

The property, currently under renovation, is managed by the clout-heavy Urban Property Advisors (UPA).

The gate was one of many placed on both sides of communal backyard areas shared by the row homes. On Friday, some were chained to their sideposts because the hinges were broken. A witness said the one that fell was not chained, but that the bottom hinge was not connected.

"The gate's been like that," Curtis' aunt, Lisa Springfield, said. "You can see the parts rusted."

On Friday, a UPA regional manager said all of the gates that were not sturdy would be removed. And Saturday, authorities were out taking some down."

Clout Heavy? Makes it sound like business as usual. Usual in what way? No links to the quality or depth of the clout available. Who sent whom? Who gets/got what? Who benefits? Who pays/paid? Well, little Curtis Cooper paid and his suffering family will continue to pay and pay in tears and anguish.

Clout Heavy Urban Partners is run by Cullen Davis. His pops, Allison Davis has deep ties to the Chicago's Progressive Clout Community.

You see Old Timey Clout - all that evil 'chilling clout' - put people to work: jobs with Streets and Sanitation & etc. Progressive Clout works through and to the net benfit of Lefty lawyers, Foundations, Community Activists and Apostles of Hope.

Boston Globe wrote on this Progressive Clout Last week and identified Cullen Davis and his links to Obama, Preckwinkle, Rezko, Billy Ayers and Woods Fund. Chicago's Ducking Journalists and Balsa Wood Spined Editorial Boards 'don't see any connection'.

Here's a Google seach of Urban Property Advisors - found it all by myself with a distinct lack of sweat:

"Cullen J. Davis, CEO, is a licensed attorney and real estate broker bringing visionary and strategic leadership to Urban Property Advisors (UPA) plus a number of companies and ventures impacting change in urban environments: • CJD Investments, which identifies opportunities for acquisition of undervalued properties in transitional neighborhoods. • CJD Projects, which develops multifamily housing using complex financial transactions, especially those involving a high degree of government interaction. • CNS Projects, a company focused on the holistic development of urban areas and currently has more than $35 million dollars in value under development. • Principal of Hallmark and Johnson Real Estate Management, LLC, which manages condominiums and market-rate housing across the Chicagoland area. • Daveri Development Group, a partnership which develops multifamily housing throughout the state of Illinois.

Mr. Davis is formerly an associate in the real estate department at the law firm of Winston & Strawn, where he represented developers, financial institutions, investment bankers and investor groups in connection with residential, industrial, office and retail properties. He also served as an aid for Congressman Danny K. Davis, a position which further grounded him in the intricacies of public and private partnership. Mr. Davis received a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University’s School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Grinnell College. He is a certified tax-credit compliance specialist, a member of the Illinois Bar Association, and holds a variety of other professional memberships and certifications. ( emphais my own to point out the link to Progressive Tamil Tiger and Moonie Mover Rep.. Danny K. 'Can't stay bewteen the lines on Kedzie' Davis)

Mr. Davis, a native of Chicago, lives in the North Kenwood-Oakland community with his wife and has been a pioneer in that community’s redevelopment."

**

Cullen Davis is the son of Allison Davis, who was Senator Obama's boss, when the former community activist got out of community activating and got a Harvard Law Degree and worked for the civil rights firm Davis

Here's last week's Boston Globe article (linked via Chicago Daily Observer):

"In 2000 Davis asked the nonprofit Woods Fund of Chicago for a $1 million investment in a new development partnership, Neighborhood Rejuvenation Partners. Obama, a member of the board, voted in favor, helping Davis secure the investment. (empasis my own to point out the Obama Ayers link) The following year, Davis assembled another partnership to create New Evergreen/Sedgwick, a $10.7 million renovation of five walk-up buildings in a gentrifying neighborhood. The project, a model of small-scale, mixed-income development, was subsidized by almost $6 million in state loans and federal tax credits."

Which the Boston Globe then goes on to describe the multiple levels of failure of the project, from both the financial angle and the viewpoint of the residents.

The Tribune again missed the connection this morning in noting that the Allison Davis family is involved in the mis-management of these housing ventures, but does not connect the dots linking the projects are part of a massive scheme involving the Chicago Progressive industry, Tony Rezko, and the likely Democratic Nominee for President, Sen. Barack Obama.

Chicago's news media seems happy with the Curtis Cooper accident spin on the story - 'Nothing to see here, folks! What is this McCarthyism? Guilt by association? Racism? Iron Poor Blood?'

Nope. Just the Progressive Chicago Way! Gang-bangers are Activists; Domestic Terrorists are Distinguished Professors and Cynical Political Opportunists are the Apostles of Change . . . and folding money.

By the way, when is Obama going to be indicted for his criminal activity in the boards legislation in 2003? What a total Syrian mafia punk hood this guy is! What scum!

Where are Obamas Legislative records? 8 years and they are all missing? What is he hiding? Perhaps it is many dinners with Antoine Rezko, Allison Davies, Auchi, Farrakhan, Reverend Wright..where are the calendars he is hiding? He has given 4 separate versions as to their where abouts but has not produced a single record. How many bills did Obama write? None in the first 7 years..what was he doing? We understnad it was drugs. Why won't he release the records and why isn't the MSM asking for them as they demanded from Hillary Clinton and John McCain?
